Participation Readiness

Can you attend Wednesday classes at 7:00 p.m. Eastern or reliably watch the recordings and complete the work?

I understand that I remain responsible for my own facts, research, deadlines, decisions, filings, communications, and decision to retain licensed counsel. I understand that participation does not authorize me to practice law, represent other consumers unlawfully, or misstate my credentials.

Confidentiality and Conduct

These terms are binding conditions of participation.

Investment Readiness

Tuition Options

Tuition for the Final FCRA Arbitration Mentorship is $2,500 when paid in full. Applicants may alternatively select a split-payment option totaling $3,000, consisting of an initial payment of $1,500 upon enrollment and a second payment of $1,500 due 30 calendar days after the initial payment. Enrollment is not complete until the applicant has been approved, signed the service agreement, and made the required initial payment.
