About Brianna Monay

She built this program because she walked the path herself. Brianna Monay teaches FCRA education from the inside — not as a lawyer, but as a consumer who learned the law and used it.

The Story Behind Consumer Law Academy

Built by someone who walked this path.

Brianna Monay built Consumer Law Academy because she lived the problem first. She knows what it feels like to discover errors on your credit report, dispute them through the standard channels, and hear nothing — or worse, be told the investigation is complete when nothing has actually changed.

She spent years learning the Fair Credit Reporting Act — not as a legal professional, but as a consumer who needed to understand her own rights. That education changed everything. She learned how to identify real FCRA violations, how arbitration works as a consumer remedy, and what it actually takes to pursue a claim. Then she did it.

Consumer Law Academy was built to share that knowledge — specifically with people who are serious enough to do the same work. Not people looking for someone else to fix their credit. People ready to understand the law and use it themselves.

"The law is already on your side. Most people just don't know it yet. That's what I'm here to change."

— Brianna Monay

Every cohort is limited to 25 people. Every seat is earned through an application, not a purchase. That is not a marketing tactic — it is how you protect the quality of the learning environment and make sure the program works for everyone in the room.

Brianna is present every Wednesday evening for eight weeks. She reviews the law with you, walks through case mechanics, and answers real questions from real people dealing with real credit report violations. That access is the product.

The Philosophy

Education is the only thing that lasts.

No quick fixes

The FCRA is a federal law with real remedies. Arbitration is a real process. Neither can be gamed with a template or a dispute letter. Brianna teaches the actual law — and the actual process.

Not a service, a skill

Credit repair services remove themselves from your situation the moment they stop being paid. Education stays. You leave this program knowing how to identify FCRA violations and what to do about them — permanently.

Serious people only

The application process is not a formality. Twenty-five seats go to people Brianna believes are ready to do the work. That keeps the cohort sharp and the learning environment worth your time.

Transparent about what this is

Consumer Law Academy is educational. It is not legal advice, it does not guarantee outcomes, and it does not claim to. What it does is give you the knowledge to make informed legal decisions about your own situation.
